Path to Certification
If you are using Encompass®, you are either an administrator, a user, or perhaps both in some cases. No matter what, we can teach you everything you need to know about the platform you use to run your business. Earn your certification in as little as 4 weeks or take as long as you need, up to 12 months. Either way, we are here with you every single day to help you on your path to certification.
Individual Lessons
Maybe you do not want or need to know everything about Encompass®, but you want access to lessons a la carte. That is great because we have just what you are looking for. Feel free to take as many individual lessons as you want. We are here to ensure that you have access to everything you need.
Weekly Live Meetings
Join our live meetings throughout each week. Mondays and Fridays are 30-minute Open Hours so you can ask anything you need to know more about. We have 60-minute meetings every Tuesday and Thursday that are focused on Administrator topics, while the 60-minute meetings on Wednesdays are focused on User topics.
On-Demand Lessons
We are not exaggerating when we say you can access hundreds of hours of on-demand lessons and meetings to help you learn. Sometimes, the timing isn’t there to make a live class, so we record those, too, to help you in every way we can.
Quizzes and a Final Exam
If you are learning, you must prove it to yourself and others. You will participate in quizzes throughout your learning to ensure you remember the important parts. If you are on a path to certification, you will be given the opportunity to pass the final exam to earn your Mastering Encompass certification as an admin and/or as a user. No matter what, we will help you prepare for your best results.
